At CASS, we know that our customers' needs vary. That is why we offer our industrial customers various sized boxes, hoppers, and material handling equipment of any design according to need. Our 24-hour phone-in service allows our industrial customers to schedule next-day pick-up or delivery. From the moment our familiar blue and gray CASS trucks are dispatched, they are in constant contact with our office via radio and GSP surveillance to ensure rapid pick-up and delivery. After our customers¹ recyclables are picked up, our primary objective is to find the best use for that material. |

All handled material is immediately weighed on our state certified scales, sorted, graded, packaged, and inventoried by our trained personnel. This procedure not only ensures that our customers get the highest return for their material, it also enables CASS to find the best use for that particular recyclable, an integral part of what makes CASS an efficient recycler. |  |

Once the sorting process has been accurately completed, the material is prepared for shipment, either by our high speed baler, shredding service or our smelting department, where furnaces operate 24 hours a day producing secondary aluminum ingot.
